SUSIBT is perhaps the first college in Punjab Technical University to have a fully Wi-Fi enabled campus, state of the art laboratories and most modern computer centre. Multi-media teaching systems are provided in lecture rooms. The most modern library is well stocked with books, journals, digital learning materials and 1700 on-line technical journals.

Our emphasis is on further strengthening the teaching-learning process, faculty development, increased use of web based learning with the objective of imparting quality technical education. We are aware, that in addition to the sound technical knowledge, soft skills form an important component of the skill sets of today's professional biotechnologists. SUSIBT is leading on this front also. We are the first to establish a Nodal Centre in the college for Cambridge University (UK) Business English Certificates (BEC) Vantage examination.

Students, there is no short cut to success and there is no substitute to hard work. The three years spent in the college are going to be the most important years of your life. Make proper use of this time. Take your studies seriously, and learn as much as you can. Participate in curricular and extra- curricular activities to develop the finer attributes of your personality. Live an honorable and dignified life, with due regard for the sentiments of others. Respect your parents, teachers and all elders and treat everyone with courtesy.
